    We Print With Flex!

    Flex is a printing technique where the design is cut from a colored foil and then pressed onto the shirt under high heat. Some flex printing features are: Vibrant colors, The printed colors have a slight shine that contrast extremely well with fabric and Longevity / durability.

    Tests have shown that the form and color of the flex print barely change after 100 washes.

    *note that some designs are printed with Digital Direct. You can check print type on the product page.

Printing Technology

Flex, Flock, or Specialty Printing? Below is an overview of our techniques used in creating each and every shirt. Please note that Digital Printing is only available when you upload your own photos or artwork. We only use Flex, Flock and Specialty in our marketplace.

Flex Print

Characteristics of Flex:
  • high durability
  • no color-fading in the laundry
  • smooth, even surface of the print
  • to be ironed inside out, do not iron directly on the print
Flex retains its colors long throughout a life of regular washing at 40°C. As with all printed fabrics, please wash and iron inside-out. Flex compared to Flock: Both techniques have the same high standards in regard to quality, that is, maximum durability and no color fading. Only difference is the look and feel of the material. While Flex is very smooth, Flock is a little bit fluffy. Details of print Technique: A large computerized blade is used to cut designs out of a smooth, thin material. This design is then pressed onto the fabric, using high pressure and temperatures. This print type is suitable for almost all fabric types and due to its sleek and shiny surface, looks and feels amazing.
