What is Flock Print Type?
A polyurethane backed material that has a raised fuzzy texture. Heat pressed at 354 degrees the material permanently adheres to the fibers of the garments. Flock is guaranteed not to fade or crack for up to 18 months. Available in 13 colors.

What is Flex Print Type?
A polyurethane material that has a smooth semi-gloss finish. Heat pressed at 354 degrees the material permanently adheres to the fibers of the garment. Flex is guaranteed not to fade or crack for up to 18 months. Ideal for sports teams or any design with up to three colors. Available in 25 colors that include neon, glitter and glow-in-the-dark.

What is Digital Direct Print Type?
The Digital Direct printing technique is a new form of digital printing. It is the ideal way to print photos and multicolored designs with complex details onto your t-shirts. The print quality is there for all to see - your motives come out rich in color and contrast – on dark t-shirts as well!. The digital print is not quite as durable as the flex or flock printing methods and with time the colors will fade with washing.

And how exactly are the t-shirts printed?

Using the Digital Direct technique, colors are printed directly onto the shirt with a high-tech ink-jet printer. The print creates a very thin layer on the surface of the material. Dark t-shirts are primed with a layer of white before printing to help with the contrast between the design and the shirt. Therefore the print may feel a bit “thicker”.
