Mising Order Confirmations
After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This confirmation is sent within minutes after an order is placed. If you do not receive this confirmation, it is most likely due either to technical problems or an error in your e-mail address (e.g. typo). In this case, please e-mail us at email@example.com to let us know that you haven’t received your order confirmation e-mail. Be sure to provide us with the full name, e-mail address and street address used in the order as well as the order date.
